Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at sales@tosssmart.com with your order number.
Customers cannot cancel the order once the order has shipped.
Refunds
If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow seven business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Toss. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
- You have seven days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are used, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. Order copy or Invoice copy) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Please return items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at sales@tosssmart.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. Shipping costs will be borne by us thru our assigned shipping agency only. We will not be responsible of using any other mode or agency for shipping by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
- After you’ve initiated an exchange, we will send the new item once we have received and process your original return. You will receive separate shipping confirmation for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@tosssmart.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a prepaid return label and arranging for a replacement or refund.
